‘Don't You Want’ features a trademark four-to-the-floor beat that holds down the rhythm, as cascading synth lines glide and wrestle for prominence over a deep, bouncing bassline akin to the likes of ARTBAT and Moonwalk. Maintaining continuity throughout, there’s a bubbling arpeggio, set perfectly beneath a plethora of intergalactic effects that stab at the soundscape, engaging the listener at all times. There's plenty of layers here, as HEVI LEVI succeeds in merging the darker elements of Techno with the danceability and mainstream appeal of House music.
