Dizzycast this month is all about diet! Which me and Dizzy know doesn't exactly sound the most exciting topic ever... :) Dizzy just keeps saying her diet is the Ginger Nut Biscuit Diet... which unfortunately we're not discussing in this episode. :) We're focusing instead on three diets that are designed for people with MS.

Firstly, we're joined by Robin to talk about the Wahls Protocol, explaining what this is and the results that she is seeing from it. Then Jen, Robert and I discuss the OMS programme and the Swank diet, and our experiences with these. :)

Dizzycast Ep. 4 A Dietary Dizzy

Hi! So a little bit about me and Dizzy. I’m Heather, a 28 year old actor, teacher and MS Society Support Volunteer, who lives in England and was diagnosed with MS 3 years ago. During my relapse a year ago I started my blog Living with Dizzy. :)

If you've visited my blog you may have guessed that I love donkeys and dinosaurs from my pictures. ? I’m really not a fan of having photos taken of myself but I love photos and wanted to include some from my different MS adventures, so that’s why Dizzy found herself apart of it. Dizziness and vertigo are also the MS symptoms that I struggle with the most and as my blog is about my life with MS it seemed appropriate to call her Dizzy.

Our newest adventure has been starting this podcast! Giving us the chance to chat to others with MS and chronic illness about their own adventures and discussing different aspects of living with MS and advice that we're learnt along the way. :) We really hope you enjoy listening to them. :)
