Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Dizzy Louie knew from her early years that music was her calling. Taking up piano lessons at the precious age of 6, she quickly learned she had a musical inclination. One day during an after school program, a spot in the school's heavily-sought-out guitar program became suddenly available.
