UK duo Nautica launch their label TYDE with a special remix project, showcasing their own take on 95 North’s 1995 cut ‘Let Yourself Go’.
Still young in their musical journey, yet with appearances in the books at the likes of fabric, DC10 and Creamfields already, DJ/production duo Josh Lewis and Caolan Savage, aka Nautica, have been turning heads over recent years as they craft and shape their take on the groove-leaning end of house music. Building on releases via PIV, elrow, Solid Grooves Raw and more, they now switch attention towards the launch of their own imprint, TYDE - a creative outlet from the pair looking to host material drawing inspiration from 90s house, UK garage and the deep house era of the early 2010s. Launching the label with a unique project, they turn their hand to remixing 95 North’s 1995 hit ‘Let Yourself Go’, with early love from Richy Ahmed, PAWSA, TSHA, Archie Hamilton, East End Dubs, Prunk and more.
“We’ve been wanting to start our own imprint for some time and have been waiting for the right moment to come along, and with the feeling around this particular track, we thought this might be the most fitting way to kick things off. 
 
We were digging through old records in the studio and came across the original 95 North track on KULT Records from 1995, three years before we were both born. We thought we’d put our own touch on the track to make it more fitting in our sets, and from the first time we played it out, we knew we were onto something. It was made around the time of our first TYDE party back in April, it got a crazy reaction, and it was then when we knew that this was the one.” - Nautica.
Skippy drums, rich stabs, and hooky female vocal snippets build and blossom as the pair’s slick interpretation emerges before employing further garage-leaning tinges and subtle melodies for a bright and crisp production made for big moments on the dancefloor.

Marco Tropeano takes the reins at the unstoppable Boogeyman label with a powerful new two tracker. The Naples born DJ and producer is on fire right now with big tunes on the likes of BLOND:ISH's Abracadabra to establish him as one of the scene's hottest contemporary producers. 

Janela opens up with silky tech house drums that hit hard but are full of bounce. Over the top are some sleazy and swaggering vocal loops that bring the signature attitude this label is known for. Add in fresh percussion and a killer bassline and you have a sure fire anthem. Fagyou then brings some acid touches to the bass as chunky drums power on beneath trippy vocals and fresh synth work. 

This is another dynamic EP from Marco Tropeano.

But EDIP does. The Bucharest-based artist returns on Take Notes for his first solo EP on the label: 'Bout That C' is the result, and the wait was worth it. Sizzling electric shocks, hyperspeed shrewd minimal grooves, and embracing yet alluring vocals pave the way for a monstrous bassline and rampant kicks for a track crafted for pure dancefloor bliss. The drums on I Want You feat Abi are long legged and deep rolling, they pull you in over and over while muted metropolitan keys and steamy vocal coos all add to the soul enriched house grooves. Don’t Fear Change is more prickly and propulsive with busy hits and hi hats all cutting up a fine groove while more jazzy k eys bring warmth and colour to this powerful and propulsive jam. Find The Beat is another timeless cut with airy hi hats, original trumpets, and smeared synths all pumping the party in heady fashion. It’s chunky house music with subtle sax lines that exude real class. Last of all, Rossi flips Don’t Fear Change into a tightly dotted, low down and sleazy late night house bumper.
