Anders Norås - So Good

One of Norway's long forgotten has-been DJs rises like a seagull-cum-Phoenix with a wobbling track of offbeat deep house. 
From his tiny studio in the seaside town of Drøbak, a hundred-odd stone throws south of Oslo, he has been making deep and adult house music since he recovered his collection of vintage drum machines while moving house a couple of years back. 
Dundersalt has a familiar Norwegian feel with twinkling synths and a deep organic bassline over a chugging disco shuffle beat. A few Berlin influences can be heard here and there; as expected since Anders lives a few kilometres closer to Germany than the rest of the Oslo disco scene. Listen closely and you might even notice him doing his Kevin Shields impression on a Fender Stratocaster feed through a truckload of guitar pedals.
A perfect little number for dancing yourself warm on a cold autumn night.
