As the name of this mix reveals, I made a techno mix out of a lot of differend techno styles. From some TR909 to some more mainstream melodic and vocal techno and going back to some more minimal to end up with the little harder and Industrial kinda styles. I made this track on an very warm early Monday morning. 
Best way to start the day/week !

80% of it took me just over 1 hour... sometimes things just fall in place.
This is in great part thanks to the magic of the Pentatonic (minor) scale. I also used some out-of scale notes to create some slight disharmony and tension.

Started as an simple experiment to create a continuous buildup without release.

Andreas is an Austrian born Techno DJ and Producer currently based in Munich. His unique style is characterised by stripped down and intense basslines combined with melodic and experimental synthesizers. He started DJing in Germany many years ago and played in venues like Edelfettwerk and 
Prinzenbar amongst others with a residency in the BKI in Hamburg. After moving to London he started to play in venues like Egg London, Ministry of Sound, The Lightbox, Eastbloc, Inigo and Gigalum. His sets build slowly creating an immersive experience combined with an exposition of hammering bass and acid sounds. 

In 2009 he started producing his own material. By the beginning of 2011 Andreas was working hard in the studio alongside legendary DJ Babydoc and produced his critically praised releases 'Vertigo', 'Taranis'  and 'Tabula Rasa' which showcase his unique sound direction. His second release 'Taranis EP' with the track 'Die gruene Fee (Original Mix)' got featured by trackitdown.net with 'Four stunning progressive techno weapons that have us hooked. Stunning!'
