"We never had a moment of deciding. Our project was born naturally - just making tracks together, telling a story that we have a connection to and that reflects the reality around us."

"Feelings we can't explain."

"Lots of nature and appropriate herbs get uns into the right state of mind."

4. What, for you, is the purpose of art?
"Great art picks up where nature ends. It is born of the observation and investigation of our environment. Creating new ways and harmonies."

"Grey bearded, light headed, slightly bald and a lot more tired - rocking somewhere in the world to that same 4/4 kickdrum."

Bio:

Techno enthusiast since 2007. The real interest to stand behind the decks came in 2015. So much good music is out there from talented producers and nobody is playing them. Every DJ has their own style, but they never played what I liked and that's why I decided to start my own career. My sound has a lot of variety between Techno, Tech House, Minimal and Melodic Techno. Originally based in Berlin. The City itself, which is well known for one of the capitals of electronic music, had a big influence in me and formed my taste in the music today. I Build up my sets, to give the audience a journey through sounds and emotions.

Under his Asterium moniker, Jerome has been holding numerous residencies in Belgium (where he grew up), the Netherlands, France and Spain in the period from 1995 up to 2005
His moving melodic sets have garnered him a loyal following.
Arriving on the rocky shores of Malmö, Sweden in 2013 – Jerome immersed himself in the local scene.
Jerome started up “Deep House Sweden” to congregate an audience of like-minded souls that appreciates quality (deep)house and techno music. 
He's also one of the two founders of the Backyard Sessions during the summers  at Folkets Park - in addition, he works as a promoter for other events.
Helping out the label HMWL doing the A&R while developing Deep House Sweden into a label.

Oh yes, Jerome is a vinyl geek and very eclectic as a music lover, 
Classic, Blues, Jazz, Rock, Metal, Hard-Core, Hip Hop, Progressive, stuff ... no problem at all :)
