Darcii"s Bio:
DarciiDarka is a Drum and Bass DJ originally from New England.  As a viny DJ in the early 2000’s, she gained a lot of experience from playing at underground raves and venues all over New England, New York and Montreal. Hosting several residencies in Burlington, VT over the years, she’s been strictly Drum and Bass since the beginning. In the past year after a short break from performing and then moving to Florida, the music was calling her back. She has since quickly gained recognition for her smooth and intricate mixing style and fierce track selections. Her professionalism and respect for the genre has led her to be seen all over the south recently throwing down fire sets at events from Savannah to New Orleans. She showcases her unique perspective within the genre by creatively and fluidly mixing all styles of dnb, favoring rollers, deep DNB and neurofunk. Currently she hosts Frequency Fridays at Signal in Gainesville, Florida as resident DJ, partnered with 808 mates. In her earlier years Darcii has shared the stage with DNB legends Cause 4 Concern, Raiden, Dieselboy, AK 1200, Danny the Wildchild and Odi…just to name a few. This fall she will be opening for the legendary Roni Size in New Orleans. Darcii’s passion for DNB is evident when she is on stage, her mixing speaks for itself, taking you on a journey through darkness into the light. Darcii"s latest endeavor is joining Theoryon Records Drum & Bass division. With many collaborations and projects in the works, stay tuned for so much more to come from this loyal junglist soldier. Her momentum is unstoppable, talent undeniable and love for drum and bass truly insatiable.
