The playlist focuses on that 2010's "Indy Pop" vibe (i.e. songs like, Capitol Cities "Safe and Sound" or Grouplove "Tongue Tied"). There are also some Pop songs from 2025.

Part of the inspiration of this mix is due to the 'heads up' some of the Mom's gave me about the Demon Hunter soundtrack (appreciate you all!). Their kids are obsessed with it, and it's catching on with adults too.

The main song "Golden" has close to a billion streams in just a few weeks. That song is included within the first 10 minutes of this set.

I hadn't heard it prior to this week. And after a few listens, I noticed it had a similar sound to what was popular in the early 2010's. Hence, the result being this mix.

I'm excited for ya'll to hear it.
