Bio:
Growing up in Toronto, Remedy quickly fell in love with the underground rave scene. After attending her first jungle party, she knew she was here to stay.
Outfitted with a set of Tech 12’s and a modest vinyl collection, Remedy was determined to teach herself how to mix in 2009. She relied on her classical music training and her eclectic range of musical influences to guide and inspire her as she learned to command the decks.
Remedy has proven herself to be one of the most requested and hardest working DJ’s in the Canadian Bass scene. She has played alongside artists such as Pendulum, Ulterior Motive, Netsky, DJ Hype, Phibes, Koven, Shabba D, Harry Shotta, Critical Impact Nu:Tone, Logistics, Muzz, Ray Keith, Kenny Ken, Mampi Swift and MC Funsta to name a few.
She’s got a rep for her deep crate, coining the title “Queen of the B Sides” by her peers. With an ear for melodic mixes and complicated break beats, Remedy weaves a narrative through every set. Be prepared to move and be moved.

Trifecta Birthday: Multi-Culti Set [Indie / Dark Disco / Electro House]

After the release of the epic Paul Sitter album: Hip-Hop Delivery in 2023 &ndash; it was only natural to call upon some of the best remixers in our scene to put their twist on these timeless originals. Breakbeat Paradise Recordings is proud to introduce the vol. 1 out of 2 upcoming remixes package featuring a large range of styles from various corners of the electronic funk music scene.
Starting out with a true legend All Good Funk Alliance, who has taken the Go Move track featuring Andy Copper for a funky joy ride though some classic breaks and funky grooves. Followed by a big atmospheric redo of Global Chemistry by Mined Music who&rsquo;s taken a melodic hiphop twist on the otherwise oldskool original. The funky supersonic beat force Sonale came in on point as he turns the King Of Rock into his own on a beat and bass heavy funky remix.
