DJ Chakras also know as Timo was born in October in 1985, by the seashore of Belgium's queen of bath cities, Oostende, where he still resides today.
He started off by performing as a drummer in several rock bands, back in the
late 90's when he was 13 years old. In 2000/2001, at the age of 15, he discovered the sound of acid and fully switched styles to electronic music. Shortly after, he started playing Acid, Acidtrance and Drum & Bass.
While searching for some acid around 2002/2003 on an online webradio he discovered Goatrance & Psytrance.
He got hold of a collection of vinyls and immediatelly began mixing oldschool Goatrance with vinyls. DJ'ing was on a break the following years due to some "troubles in paradise". But in 2005/2006 he made up for that big time. Since he swiched from Vinyls to CDs, nothing has been able to stop his progress, and today he's evolved into one of Belgium's finest DJ's, mixing his wicked tunes troughout parties all over Belgium and other countries.

Since 2008 he received the status as treasurer of a party venue called C.P.O. located at Liefkemoresstraat in Ostend, Belgium.

From Dec 2008 till Sept 2010, for 2 years, DJ Chakras was co-manager of Kagdila Records after compiling VA - Pure Planet Vol. 4 - Compiled by DJ Chakras. He also fully managed the release of the Liquid Flow's album "Presence" and the 2nd album of Goasia called "Dancing With The Blue Spirit". He stopped working for the owner of Kagdila Records in 2010. As he still wanted to spread music into the world, he started up the label Dimensional Records in 2012.
