For this Nano episode, HYPNOCOUSTICS has weaved together a fresh sonic tapestry of psychedelic textures, including his latest single release, 'Ocean of Stars'. Hypnocoustics is the solo Psychedelic Trance project of UK based artist Joe Studt. Originally formed in 2009, Joe has released over 70 tracks across three albums, numerous EPs and singles, and performed live to some of the biggest and best dance floors on the global Psytrance scene including bookings with Glastonbury, Boom Festival, Universo Paralello, O.Z.O.R.A, Tribe and Noisily Festival in the UK. He has also become a season fixture at the beach parties of Goa over the last ten years.

Psygressive it is! I decided, after a few years, to finally record a non-dark funky prog set with the usual suspects in this style, mostly influenced by down-under bushprog.
I've played this side at some festivals when needed to keep the flow of the music. Always fun the play the different shades of psychedelia. All in all, I'm very happy with the outcome, with some tasty mixes and crazy changes in rythms.
The set is recorded at 136 to 139 and, as usual, on Pioneers DJM350 and 2xCDJ850. Thanks to the artists for composing these tracks, great stuff! :D
