The snowfalls of recent days has melted under the new moon and we are finally ready to turn another page in The Memoir.

This time we're greeted by the blissful beats of @tokifuko who's sounds and work with his outboard gear has been inspiring us lately. His music can be described as "mechanical signals structured into a hypnotic substance".

"I always liked tactile music writing and I've always wanted to control the electric wave by using drum machines locking them into a chain. It was hard for me to get results with the use of virtual instruments which led to the purchase of my first synthesizer. As a result, it has become an experiment in search for new forms and a race for the best sound in order to achieve better results."

Recently this talented producer released a wonderful EP on @silent-season which is well worth checking out.

Es heisst, dass selbst in den schwierigsten Zeiten irgendwo noch eine letze Diskokugel hängt und auch den schwächsten Lichtschimmer in dreitausend tanzende Sterne verwandeln kann. Es gibt wohl kein besseres Symbol für die Vereinigung von Disco, Soul, Funk & Synthpop als House Musik, welche an diesem Abend den Takt angeben soll.

Also stellt die Couch in den Flur, zieht die Klingel aus der Steckdose und nagelt die Diskokugel an die Decke - es wird Funky & Groovy !
