We're thrilled to present Camel Riders Records new release titled 'Minayo' by the French-Moroccan-based producers Sound of Mint, incl. remixes by DIBIDABO, Yamagucci, Feller, Salmani, Carla Valenti. The Live electronic musicians and producers Sound Of Mint are serving us in their debut EP on Camel RIders, three colorful and mesmerizing originals: 'Sama Bena' and 'Minayo' featuring the exceptional Kora player from Senegal, Mbemba Diebate, in addition to the EP theme track 'Kolinga'. Sound Of Mint's originals navigate through the vast landscapes of West Africa, creating an impeccable fusion of traditional instruments and rhythms, epic vocals, and organic elements which are all coated with fine electronic melodies and beats, suited for a wide range of moods and settings. First, we have 'Sama Bena' and 'Minayo' which both display an uplifting and warm atmosphere, combining divine Kora sounds, hypnotizing vocals, and captivating melodies with fine electronic sounds. The third original by Sound Of Mint is 'Kolinga', the EP theme track which combines funky traditional melodies, Guitars, organic percussions, wooden sounds, synths, and intoxicating tribal vocal fragments, which create all together with a fresh World Music Bluesy tune. On remix duty, we have the pleasure to welcome the Russian producer DIBIDABO and the Tel Aviv-based producer Salmani, with their debut on Camel Riders. In addition, we are thrilled to have back on our label the Japanese-Israeli producer Yamagucci, Feller from Beit Oren, and Carla Valenti from Chile. This talented team of remixers, catapult the originals to the heart of the dance floor, with a wide range of thrilling electronic sounds which vary from Slow Tech to Organic & Deep House, infusing pounding melodies, acidic elements, and fresh profound beats. We're thrilled to present Camel Riders' new release titled 'Rakesh In Space' EP by Kushitz & Rakovsky, which consists of two original tracks, and three splendid remixes.
The Haifa-based producers Kushitz & Rakovsky, are serving us in their debut EP on Camel Riders, two pounding original tales: The EP theme track 'Rakesh In Space', and 'Sinai Market'. These powerful and warm originals, display a fresh, energetic and psychedelic journey, which will transport you from the mesmerising landscapes of planet Earth, to the infinite beauty of the cosmos.
Uplifting yet darkish base-lines meet a wide variety of extremely pleasant spacey and granular sounds, melodic synth riffs, and trippy vocal fragments, coated with impeccable acidic melodies. The result is two masterfully crafted musical weapons, which aim to demolish any dance-floor which will encounter these fascinating sounds, influenced by Indie Dance and Acid Techno.
The EP name is a tribute for the very 1st Indian citizen to travel to space, Mr. Rakesh Sharma. Get ready for an Epic voyage throughout musical sonorities which transcend cultures and planetary systems. Following up next, we have he Ukrainian producer, Daniel Navrotzky with his profound and pumping remix for 'Sinai Market', which exhibits a brilliant mixture of organic sounds alongside top-notch electronic sounds, seasoned with a pinch of acid. Last but not least, we have Feller with his wicked version of 'Sinai Market'. On his remix, the Beit Oren-based producer is serving us an experimental trippy tune, full of hallucinogenic vocal fragments and melodies, perfectly suited for the peak time hours on the sweatiest raves. HRDF: How did you find this track, any particular reason why you chose this one to edit?
Feller: The original track is Patrick Moraz - The Story of I. I fount it after a gig at Le Sucre, Lyon when I went to do some digging in a small record store. I'm very attracted to the integration of organic sounds in electronic music and if it comes from the seventies well... bingo!!
In a very karmic way, in that same store I also met the Hard Fist guys, who actually brought me to play there. So boom!  It's karma!
P.S: The vocal is part of a poetry of Gabrielly Nunes that my good friend Avishay Dekel has sent me to inspire me.

A year after the success of the first Princes Of Abzu أبزو موالي release, mystical Lyon based imprint @HardFist comes back with a superb second volume that is once again dedicated to Arabic cultures.

Like the first compilation, Vol. 2 gathers a strong cast of international artists from Russia, France, Turkey, Germany, Japan and Israel. All are united by a common passion for Middle- Eastern and North African sounds and are fascinated by the deep psychedelic effects of the melodies and the transcendental power of the rhythms. Trying to build cultural bridges across the world, powering connections between dance floor activists, Hard Fist thinks of Princes Of Abzu not only as a compilation but as a tool to give space for expression to local legends like Kaan Duzarat in Istanbul, or upcoming artists such as Linja or @DJ-Feller who debut here on wax.

The latter closes the EP with ‘Strange Night for Hassan’, a track built on a Darbuka solo played by the percussionist Nadav Dgon and deconstructed by the producer. Supported by strong kicks and rising acid lines, this cut is definitely the most intense of the lot.

Princes Of Abzu is a hedonist movement that cares more about vibes and feelings than borders and nationalities and that is perfectly represented here again with this second offering in the series.
