Needless to say, it all came together as leftfield masterpieces usually do - with some chemical help: Kristian NoLife locked himself into his basement studio together with the GTL master tapes, his MacBook Pro and six(!) ounces of pure Colombian ganja. The result is this crisp mix, ready for intense play at Mediterranean club scenes this coming summer! We're aiming for the sky with this SKY HIGH BROMIX!

The fall 2012 release "GTL" by DJ Gangnus & S-Young sparked massive hype across the global dance music scene with a combination of fresh vibes and cultural references western youth could relate to. Eager to stay sharp in the game, DJ Gangnus & S-Young hired Kristian NoLife to create the psychotic pulsating remix known as "GTL [Sky High Bromix By Kristian NoLife], but as everyone from James Murphy to Deadmau5 knows - you can't expect your audience to dance like Guinea pigs on speed the entire night through, then go home to their cribs and continue the party like lesbians on ecstasy. Therefore, we decided to take elements from the original "GTL" and construct a more chill and relaxing anthem. Needless to say, DJ Gangnus & S-Young are heavy supporters of the American President Barack Hussein Obama II, and to celebrate his relection this fall, we kicked together this extremely funky tune. Mr. Obama will always be considered a bro of ours - hence the song title - and we chose to pay tribute to his roots by basing the composition around a Hawaiian theme. In between the acoustic guitars, ukuleles and brush drums are snippets of a televised Obama interview. The combination of his clear thoughts and the joyful vibes of Hawaiian music makes this song simply the best of both worlds. Although we don't expect this to turn out to be a club classic, we hope our fans and Obama's fans alike will enjoy this folky tribute to the 44th president of the world's largest democracy!

DJ Gangnus & S-Young - Brobama

The epic grandeur of previous DJ Gangnus & S-Young songs was aborted and replaced by a more sophisticated approach when the two Norwegian underground DJs went into studio to compose the relaxing beats of the sparkling new "Dreamchill". This killer track draws equally from French musique concrète and the mid-80's Chicago house revolution, which in turn results in a beautiful musical body. Also worth mentioning is that local producer Easy Elephant contributed to this track by spilling a cup of tomato juice on the synthesizers, that scumbag. 
We hope the chill revolution is here to stay, 'cause we are likely to pump out more relaxing tunes you guys can enjoy with a spliff in your mouth.

Our bro Kristian NoLife has finally decided to try his luck on the international electronic music scene by releasing this brand new track on DJ Gangnus & S-Young's very own label. We are proud to present his debut tune "No Life" which incorporates both dubstep elements and classical piano - as well as some crisp yodeling by our local shepherd - imported directly from the Swiss Alps! Give him a sweet welcome, because Kristian NoLife has upped his game and is ready to conquer the world - or at least his grandmother's record collection.
