As it's way too long ago that I uploaded something, hereby a new track. After some experimenting I found a sound I really liked and just went with it. It's got a little bit of an ambient vibe and a minimalistic sound.

An uptempo track with a heavy baseline that got me back to the mid-nineties with the whole trance, techno, hardstyle and rave period that was ruling the Dutch dance scene at that time.

Summer in My Head

After hearing a sample made by Holly (found on looperman.com), I couldn't stop myself and got to some mixing. After a session of a couple of hours the first version was finished. Now I tweaked some of the samples and made the beats a little more diverse.
It is a more laidback song, mainly because of Holly's excellent voice.

I started working on this track when I started working with Ableton. It has evolved during the time I started learning to use more and more possibilities within Ableton, and now I think it is ready (for now) to be out there.

Let's Get Together

With parents interested in jazz and classical music, naturally I first hated that kind of music and started listening Hard Rock, Punk and Metal to piss them off (succesfully). Because of some festivals I started to listen to Breaks and Dubstep which evolved into an interst in Techno and Club. And now I even listen to Jazz and Classical music again. And I thank my parents for that, because I can enjoy almost every style of music available.
As I've always liked playing and making music, it was a natural step to start making my own digitally.
The results are always surprising, because there are so many styles playing in my mind.
The goal? Other people enjoying my music as well...
