Originally from Las Vegas, this artist began as a hype man in Baltimore before evolving into a versatile DJ.  Now based in Chicago, he blends dubstep, trap, and house to deliver high-energy sets at major events like Spring Awakening & North Coast Music Festival.  Known for his raw energy and adaptability, he continues to make waves in the electronic music scene. Meet Goonba.

vinny aka goonba learned to dj in vegas playing at local clubs and hookah bars. after getting familiar with the decks, he moved to LA and went on to meet artists who inspired and supported him to the core. in these moments, he developed his stage name and truly began to follow his dreams. he developed his skills, performed at unforgettable venues and hyped up his homies all along the way. he now resides in chicago and continues to tear up the music scene. since living LA, he’s played bigger and better gigs - always leveling up from the last. he has appeared at chicago favorites like spring awakening music festival, opened up for afroman, twista and has been able to b2b2b2b it up with the g00n squad. although he enjoys playing the deep, dirty, wubs - goonba prides himself in being versatile and will range from DNB to liquid bass, hard-style to hip-hop and anything that brings the energy along with it.
