CAVALIER @ House of House NYC [May 12 2023]

I'm so proud of Sonic Soul Tribe and all it brought to Burning Man this year, including our amazing crew party on Monday night.  I had so much fun playing an eclectic mix of tracks that sounded so good on the big SST sound stage. 

Thanks to my camp, all my friends who made it over, and all the beautiful people who stopped by to dance with us.  Seeing so many people dancing with smiles on their faces is always a magical moment for me. Y'all made my burn so special - thank you!

I’ve been hearing about this Vancouver Island festival for years from some of my favourite people.  One of B.C.’s most beautiful beaches, well curated diverse lineup focussing on Island Talent, while pulling some big names.  I missed the deadline to apply last year, and wanted to be sure to come on strong this year.  I mixed this one time in my studio based on a closing slot I performed at Kwench’s Halloween Jam a week previous.   It was a sweaty mess and I figured it would be a strong demo. This is my set recorded live from the legendary Michepalooza Party 2017 in Squaw Valley.  The night was incredible with a 2 Channel Silent Disco under the night sky and the Perseid Meteor shower on full blast.  All Good Funk Alliance, Me, Funksalot, Loveknuckle, and VGNX played on the green channel and it was a party packed with all of our Tahomies!  Huge shout out to Rambo Party Productions and Mich for hosting and being born!  My set is made up of a lot of high energy tracks I had been saving for the right occasion as well as some favorites from various sets I played in the last year.  Bass, Funk, Disco, G-House, and Breaks all represented across this set.  Hope you enjoy my set!   I'll try and get a full track list up soon.
