Victor Ruiz’s VOLTA continues its prominence with another emphatic techno offering, providing the platform for a head-turning label debut from rising Brazilian starlet Lutgens as he delivers his “Fénix” EP with full force this September. Following releases on Panterre Musique, Prototype Music, IAMT and several others, Lutgens steps out of the studio with another undeniably potent package, spanning two hypnotic peak-time jams that showcase the full depth of his production skills.
Kicking off with the title cut “Fénix,” Lutgens wastes no time unloading that distinct ethereal-laced sound VOLTA is becoming synonymous with. I started djing in glasgow nightclubs and pubs late 90s and moved into the fuction mobile disco side of the industry and have been very successful as the years passed. Gaining lots of knowledge and experience from doing these types of parties has really paid off.
