This is my remix of Get Free by Major Lazer. I loved Andy C's remix of the original, so I decided put my spin on it. This one is a bit different from what I usually make, but I hope that you like it :)

Dans son milieu musical naturel bariolé de rythmes latino, de percussions, de flûtes, de cuivres et d’electro, El Gato Negro pensait pouvoir se fondre dans le décor sans être repéré, lui, le félin le plus coloré de la jungle afro-tropical.
C’était compter sans Guts, l’infatigable traqueur de sons qui, camouflé sous son éternel chapeau de brousse, effectuait ce jour là une de ces fameuses expéditions à la recherche de nouveaux sons. L’oreille fine et toujours aux aguets, il ne lui fallut pas longtemps pour repérer ce matou qui, depuis la canopée, le narguait en espagnol et en français.
Juste le temps de dégainer sa sarbacane pour tirer quelques saphirs hypodermiques afin de le débusquer mais, déjà, El Gato Negro avait décampé, laissant derrière lui deux titres que Guts s’empressa de ranger dans sa besace bandoulière.
Revenu dans son studio, et plutôt que de les exposer comme des trophées, Guts entreprit d’en exploiter le potentiel. En redistillant le groove, en coupant, en remixant, en allongeant certaines parties pour en redynamiser d’autres, il fit des versions edit de T’aimes Pas Ca et Toca Y Toca.
Pressés sur vinyle dans la foulée, et ornés de l’étiquette Pura Vida Sounds, les deux titres étaient prêts à mordre les chevilles des danseurs sur les dancefloors. Ou plutôt les griffer.
