DJ set from the Embodiment Session at our Loveolution Solstice retreat where we journeyed into the shadows within on the darkest night of the year.  We unwound the blockages in the energetic channels of our bodies through breath, tears, shaking, growling on all fours, rolling around the ground, holding each other, allowing ourselves to be moved, stretched, danced, melted into Oneness.   Letting go of programming and conditioning through exploring our bodies with radical presence...emerged reborn into the light.

Jose Solano is a musician, composer and producer born in San Jose Costa Rica in 1980, at the age of 16 he starts his first steps in music exploring with his first keyboards, he studies piano at Yamaha Music School with Professor Jesús Castro, he studies singing with the famous Soprano Amelia Barquero (Franco de Vita, Ricardo Montaner) I work as a keyboardist with the renowned soloist Esteban Calderón. He has shared the stage with important national and foreign artists such as the Spanish Rusian Red, the Colombian Fonseca, and the Mexicans Jessy and Joy.

Zentrip Muzik, a project led by multi-instrumentalist Portuguese producer Helder Pizzicato, offers us this delightful organic collection of downtempo music. I've been facilitating conscious dance journeys since 2012, mostly in South Africa, but also in the UK & Holland.  My invitation is to drop deeply into unconditional, loving intimacy with ourselves, with the other, the group, & ultimately, the beloved.

From the still, silent ground of our being, we can ripple & flow outwards to dance with all of existence, drinking and kissing the moment, allowing this precious life to breathe, dance & celebrate us!

There's a shamanic quality to many of my journeys, as I employ expanded consciousness - through breathwork & subtly communicating to the nervous system -  to pierce the veils of illusion & unconscious constructs we've wrapped ourselves in.  Ultimately, embarking on a dance journey from beginning to end - surfing our own unique edge - leaves us on a natural high, vibrating with the eros of existence :-)

From holding regular dance spaces, I've become known for my high calibre music curation, & out of this, DJ Kali Satyagraha ~ the Dancing Dakini ~ was birthed.  Despite not having any technical DJ skills (yet), I've attuned my ear manually to mix music from the intuitive space of the deep feminine.  I hope you enjoy the playlists I post from time to time.  Should you support me financially, you assist me to continue to offer therapeutic movement classes to underprivileged communities, children from disadvantaged backgrounds, and anyone who wants to dance freely, at a very low cost.  This is my passion, and I want to share it with as many people as possible.  Namastè.
