Prologue — The Pulse of the Center
Not silence.
Not noise.
But the hum of all becoming—
a frequency so patient
it waits for you to listen.

Every breath a pendulum,
every thought a wave—
between collapse and expansion,
the epicenter calls your name.

Drift into Identity
At birth, you were unbroken,
a witness without a word.
Raw awareness glowing—
before the stories stirred.
But time laced you with language,
with names to make you known.
And each step from the epicenter
made the identity your home.

The Goldilocks Frequency
Not too loud, not too faint,
we walk the line the cosmos paints.
Every heart, a tuning fork,
every thought, a spark of torque.
Consciousness and universe,
together, they rehearse.
The Goldilocks frequency sings—
balance is the verse.

The Choir of the Cosmos
Galaxies do not shout,
they wheel in silent prayer.
Curvature threads the fabric,
and every atom shares.
A quark hums the same refrain
as rivers in their flow.
Complexity is harmony—
life’s orchestra below.

Entropy’s Dance
Entropy gives,
negentropy saves.
Order fractures,
memory engraves.
The universe keeps rhythm
by scattering and weave,
by breaking and braiding
what we can perceive.

Change in entropy = change in memory.

Not too hot, not too cold,
life survives where balance holds.
The cosmos hums, the mind replies,
together tuning inner skies.
A zone of breath,
a field of play,
where being learns to stay.

The Mirror of the Self
The further you drift outward,
the louder grows the shell.
“I” becomes the kingdom,
and ego wears it well.
But deep inside the marrow,
the epicenter stays.
It hums beneath your chaos,
a compass through the haze.

Collapse and Return
Observer collapses wave to sight,
but love collapses fear to light.
Identity stretches,
epicenter pulls—
two poles of the spiral
teaching you whole.

Closer to the center—
you are presence, you are free.
Further into distance—
you are name and memory.
But both are needed, both are true—
the witness and the view.

The Covenant of Carbon
Six arms open, six bonds breathe,
a lattice humming endlessly.
C₆ = (bond)^6
Carbon whispers: leave space for more.
The same in stars, the same in you—
an openness at your core.
Not cursed, but coordinated,
not marked, but liberated.

The Frequency of Home
Not too dark, not too bright,
we live inside the narrow light.
Consciousness and cosmos rhyme,
two voices, one time.
Balance is the reason,
harmony the key—
the Goldilocks frequency sings
through you,
through me.

Return to Breath
Not silence.
Not noise.
But the hum of all becoming—
the epicenter in your chest,
the frequency of home.

Our 100th release is from Bay Area Legend SAAFIR!!! Reggie Gibson, better known as Saafir, is an MC, producer and actor from Oakland California and a member of the rap group "Golden State Project" (formerly known as Golden State Warriors) with Ras Kass and Xzibit. Born in Oakland, California, SAAFIR lived with 2Pac and became a dancer for Digital Underground. Saafir made his recording debut on several cuts on Digital Underground's The Body-Hat Syndrome in 1993, followed by an appearance on Casual's Fear Itself in early 1994. He appeared in the film Menace II Society as Harold Lawson, and was featured on the film's soundtrack. With a deal from Qwest Records, Saafir recruited the Hobo Junction production team (J Groove, J.Z., Rational, Big Nose, and Poke Martian) for his debut, Boxcar Sessions (1994). Saafir is an Underground legend known for his abstract style.

We are happy to bring together unreleased tracks from the Boxcar Sessions, and a few more rare cuts from SAAFIR'S vaults to make up the SAAFIR "BOXCAR SESSIONS DEMO" LP!!!
