Improvisational recording made live using ARP Odyssey, Korg MS20, and several effects devices (both in pedal format and Eurorack modular format). Recording is via mobile phone, sound is from nearfield monitors in studio: some noise and artifacts exist.

The Ring Of The Nibelungen (320K)

This began as a live improvisation of Delia Derbyshire's theme from the BBC's "Doctor Who" on grand piano and strings courtesy of a vintage Ensoniq ASR-10 sampler. Then I got cheeky and added a somewhat dubstep-ish drum loop (Korg EMX-1) and a wobbly, Moogy bassline (Novation Supernova II). Pads and leads from an Access Virus thickened the mix, and the final seasoning was provided by the modular in the form of atmospheric drones. Enjoy!
