Over Christmas 2014 I needed a break from recording
my album, searching online for a song I recalled from
my youth, I fell into a rabbit hole of thousands of
YouTube playlists and posts, rediscovering the songs
my friends and I would gather and listen to as
13 & 14 yr olds every Saturday in East Berlin on Radio DT64
(now Berlin's Radio Fritz).

I stumbled back to the future, collecting over 5000 songs
on YouTube, learning for the first time the artists behind
the songs we heard almost 25 years ago.

The forthcoming trilogy is the result of 18 month
of building edits from YouTube recordings and stitching
them together off-line. I could not include every song,
nor indeed even the entire tracks from this small period
until 1993, so this is my personal history of electronic
music arriving in Berlin.

This trilogy will not be sold, it was a labor of love,
born of nostalgia and made for sharing.

Jesús Santos aka Mad Yonk ,DJ, productor autodidacta con sede en Madrid, su pasión por pinchar empieza en el 2004 sus comienzos detrás de los platos fueron en la tienda de un amigo, que fue el que le contagio el gusanillo de pinchar .Comienza mezclando house  y techno, poco a poco en casa va haciéndose con platos ,mesa y vinilos.
Sobre el 2005 empieza a pinchar en raves clandestinas y algunas fiestas en la sala dba (one, Madrid).En 2006 marcha para las Palmas de Gran Canarias, se centra en distintas variantes del house, minimal y techno, participando en algunas raves . En el 2008 regresa a Madrid sigue participando en fiestas y raves tanto en el centro de Madrid como a las afueras. En septiembre del 2011 se involucra con Diego Martin aka benytz y Ignacio Montejano aka mon en la creación de M14 Experimental Club siendo uno de los residentes del club junto a benytz y mon. Comparte cabina con gente conocida y no tan conocida como: Moxe 13, Javi Suo, Jorge Bengoetxea, Paco (el loko), Carlos Navarro, Isaac aka Jeko,Maik Estraik, Carlos Gila, Jesus Riaño, Álvaro Cabana, J.Dicenta, Elesbaan, Serious Beat…y muchos más.
En la actualidad esta centrado en la producción musical y metido en la creación en un nuevo sello que saldrá muy pronto a la luz.( Hana Awase records)
