Circuit 2016 - DJ Mic Mixxers

DJ MIC MIXXERS started out playing the drums in his hometown. His influences were most of the hard rock, heavy metal, and hair bands from 1980-1990. Mixxers moved from his small hometown to Seattle, where he was introduced to the club scene in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Captivated by the HI-NRG beats, disco lights, and tightly packed dance floors he thought this seems like something I could get into...needless to say, after years of playing drums it wasn't too difficult to create dance mixes of his own. At first, he started out mixing motivational speeches with popular dance, techno, and house music for a friend's business. It wasn't too long before his friend's clients were asking where they could purchase the music she was playing with her speeches; Mixxers was happy to supply tapes of his mixes. Before the year was over,Mixxers was playing clubs in Seattle as a resident DJ every weekend. 



Mixxers moved to California in the summer of 1999, trading in his headphones for a stethoscope to pursue Nursing school. After graduating and settling into his new career, he felt like something was missing. Mixxers re-entered the music scene spinning and hosting a few events, eventually landing gigs in California and Nevada. 



Now he calls Arizona home and has rocked dance clubs such as Club Forbidden, Plazma, The Back Door, Club Miami, and Burn with his HI-NRG, Dance, Electronica and House mixes. He has been resident DJ at Amsterdam and Club Forbidden & Apollos, and Anvil (Velocity),on the Arizona club scene. DJ MIC MIXXERS also made an apperance at the 2009-2013 Phoenix Gay Pride Festival. In September 2010 played to a another packed house at Sedona Pride.In October 2010 Rainbows Festival had given the stage to Dj Mic Mixxers and will again 2013 for the Return to the stage of Rainbows!

As a dj, he came up with the idea for a Dj should give back to the community more then just volunteering, but creating to benefit those in need. Mixxers Entertainment evolved, in that alone over $10k has been raised.Of course without your support would not be possible so thank you. Newest events from Mixxers Entertainment "Release" Labor Day Weekend. Next year 2017,back by demand, "The Black n Blue Ball Bigger with lots of surprises awaits, also be on the look out for also a fall event in the year 2016 that will rock your socks off!
