Coming to the end of a huge year for Harley D with a slew of releases across the Drum and Bass spectrum with appearances on labels like High Tea, Invicta Audio, Low Down Deep and CruCast, he makes his Subdue Audio debut for their inaugural release marking SDA001 with some serious style this Halloween.

Subdue Audio is a brand new label, aiming to support and bring light to some of the freshest talent across the Drum and Bass and Bass Music worlds. After launch events across the South and South East with headliners like Sudley, Refracta and Teej and the success of a huge 10 track free download series featuring the likes of Apom, Gengs, Oversight and more, Subdue Audio bring their first official release to the table with friend, collaborator and DnB wizard Harley D. 

Frighteners is a collection of ominous intros, eerily sharp sound design and heavy subs as Harley delves into a more minimal leaning, darker sound. Whether its the wobbly, floor shaking sub of the title track, ‘Frighteners’, the tight drums and haunting vocal samples dotted through ‘Critique VIP’ or the nod to his iconic Jump Up sounds in the screaming stabs of “Creeper”, this whole EP is sure to turn the heads of the club crowd and introduce them to what Subdue Audio has to offer.
