Jonas Blue In The House | Sunset House Mix Live from Ibiza

Defected unites five international artists on one major summer record as HUGEL, Niconé & Sascha Braemer, Tony Romera and Mydoz present ‘Caje’. No stranger to the Defected family, HUGEL’s previous label outings show the full scope of his international sound, inspired by Latin house, Afro house and his fiery home of Ibiza. Now he returns alongside Niconé & Sascha Braemer to rework their summer house cut, ‘Caje’. Appearing on their 2011 LP Romantic Thrills, the original ‘Caje’ is an understated record box essential; HUGEL takes the Balearic favourite and, with the help of well-established French producer Tony Romera and rising talent Mydoz, ups the ante considerably to create a soon-to-be Ibiza mainstay.

Producer duo Grigoré & Serve Cold deliver a club-ready remix of Defected’s summer anthem ‘Edge Of Desire’ by Jonas Blue & Malive. The good friends and frequent collaborators Grigoré and Serve Cold are on a roll with the London label in 2025; their smash hit ‘Dancing’ with Jaguar Jaguar made waves in June, topping the Beatport Afro House chart, appearing on Defected’s coveted In The House Ibiza 2025 compilation and reaching four million streams in under two months. The artists then released ‘LOW’ (Love is the Only Way) at the end August, quickly followed by this hard-hitting take on ‘Edge Of Desire’. The duo’s remix of the Jonas Blue & Malive summer favourite brings the original’s open-air festival vibe into the club, with deep, rolling basslines and expressive synth spikes supporting the spacious and now very recognisable vocal hook.

Belgian DJ, writer and producer Samm debuts on Defected with a remix of Grigoré, Serve Cold and Jaguar Jaguar’s summer breakout, ‘Dancing’. One of the 2025’s most distinct house records, the original ‘Dancing’ had a unique sound that propelled it up numerous Beatport charts, earning over 4 million streams globally along the way. Now making his Defected debut, Samm is an electronic artist whose captivating productions, magnetic DJ sets and remixes for the likes of RÜFÜS DU SOL, Jazzy and Everything Is Art have garnered global attention. Taking the Afro-inspired sonics of ‘Dancing’ and adding a notably deep groove, Samm delivers in style with this fresh remix already supported by the likes of Keinemusik and Pete Tong.

French underground hitmakers Oden & Fatzo return to Defected alongside producer Romeo Louisa with ‘Be The One’. Following a string of certified dance favourites on the London label, including 2024 summer smash ‘Tell Me What You Want’ with Poppy Baskcomb and more recently ‘Only For Tonight’ with m.O.N.R.O.E and Matluck, the Parisian duo are back with their most ambitious song yet alongside long-time friend and collaborator Romeo Louisa. Hailing from the French Riviera, Romeo Louisa’s soulful, garage-adjacent sonic have led to collaborations with house’s freshest names, including Josh Butler, THEOS and a remix from DJ Steaw.
