As a lover of all kinds of music Ernesto also know through various nicknamea Ernie, Netico, Tiko grew up in a heavily Latin neighborhood in Bushwick, Brooklyn, he was influenced by musical genres such as Merengue, Bachata, Salsa, Freestyle and Reggaeton. His parents are from San Jose De Las Matas, Dominican Republic where their yearly family vacations would help ignite his love of live tipico music as a young child. As a teenage his family moved to Glendale, Queens where Latin's were the minority, DJ Tiko took the opportunity to expand his musical palate to genres such as house, hip hop, reggae, R&B and more recently Moombahton & Trap music.

Today DJ Tik-O is one of up and coming DJ's in the Metropolitan area he prides himself on his vast knowledge and library of music to cater to almost any crowd.
