Since I made the 600 AD Rock remix, I just had to make this one a techno/trance remix, since it's my main style.

Min egen lågprofils-remix av Triad's låt "Tänd Ett Ljus". Här hör ni även min vackra(?) stämma. Ingen jäkla autotune eller sånt skit heller, endast en liten delay.

Intressant fakta: jag hade aldrig hört låten sjungas av Triad (hela alltså) innan jag spelade in den här, gick endast på noter och sångtext, därav att jag inte visste hur "god jul"-biten skulle vara :P

I stumbled upon this song by chance when searching for something else, but I immediately fell in love with it.
A couple of days later I actually BOUGHT the karaoke track for a few dollars and went to the studio to record my singing.

It went okay, but I have some problems with a few notes.

I've laid out the groundwork for my remix of the Mortal Kombat song. A lot still to go, but the main track is there. There'll be some vocals too, sort of like the original, but not quite. I just need to get my hands on some good recording equipment, but that'll be a while.

This is my "cool" remix of the intro song to a swedish television series for kids (childrens program?). It has no intro really, it gets straight to the point. It's kind of a WIP, but I've stopped working on it for a while.

This is a Work in progress for a remix of an old childrens show from the '90s called "Abrakadabra" (Abra Cadabra). I've been meaning to do something about this for a long time now, and now that my brother has gotten into making music too, I'm gonna ask him to do a collab with me.

Pirates of the Caribbean [Homer Remix]

It's about time I uploaded this song. Did it a few years back as a project with my boss at the media company I'm working for (once a week).
I came up with a really nice sound that I made on my own, but it was missing something. So I made him pick up a guitar and lay on some nice riffs here and there. This is the result.

Fun trivia: we didn't have an electric guitar at the moment, so we recorded it with an acoustic guitar that we then used the plugin "Guitar Rig 4" to put on a nice virtual amp. Awesome.

Summertime

Ooh, I had almost forgotten this one. Synthesizer Heaven.
Started making lyrics and all, but it soon got too hard and I lost interest. My boss (he's a great inspiration to me) thought I would make Swedish lyrics and sing about the beach and such, but as it proves, nothing happened. It's just another abandoned project.

Too bad. I really like it, even after so many years (made it in 2010).

Synthesizer Heaven

I made this song in 2009 in an attempt at making a song that would give a sence of who I am. It worked in a way - it did describe me the way I was back then. But since then so much has happened, I've changed in so many ways I though was impossible, so now it's more of a nostalgic notion of how single-minded I was.

Yes, the song is somewhat repetetive, but that was partly intentional. I was very un-flexible back then.
I hope you enjoy it for what it is. I'm listening to it now and getting teared up as I'm writing this down...

Fraction of my Soul

Another oldie.
Backstory: A friend of mine had a project at his school where he and a couple of other guys would make a song. This is what they came up with, but with a somewhat cruder sound. They called themself "Elektro Gubbz" which would be roughly translated to "Electro Old-Guyz" :P

Fast forward like five years and I'm out of inspiration. I find the song on an old DVD disc with backups and immediately open up FL-Studio to try and mimic the song with modern instruments/plugins.
This is the third attempt, and if I say so myself - it's as close as I will ever come.
I had no notes or help whatsoever, it all came down to playing by ear.

I'm proud of it.

Elektro Gubbz - Blowin' Up The Earth [Remake]

I made this song for a SHMUP game (Shoot 'Em Up). You know, one of those space shooters where your ship goes upwards and shoots enemies coming from above.

Anyways.

I got asked to do something fitting to that particular game, and here it is. The game never got published however, so I feel comfortable uploading and sharing the song here :)
