Hi I'm DJ Phonatic AKA Jack Baltus. I'm from Heerlen, The Netherlands.

I am spinning records for many many years now and enjoy it more than ever.
I'm one of the resident DJ's at Zathura (www.zathura.nl) for a few years now. Though this is exceptional satisfying, I love to dj at other parties too....

My style is house, tech, tribal, latin and club. I spend lots of time on searching for the best beats. In my opinion: Creating an interesting set (on the fly) is what makes the difference between a good and a lesser dj.
I had a classical music education, and I think this still helps me, though, my style is completely different now haha.
Besides my dj career I have my own company in software development, I am a sound engineer and I do light and sound rental, studio work and more...
