Here is some spooky Musical Theatre for you. It's about how scary it can be when you get stuck in your head and feel alone in worries that take over your mind, like a nightmare. Perfect for a gloomy day.

This is a song I wrote a long time ago when I couldn't get out of my head. I was worried about so many things. Anxiety can do that to you and you go through a never ending spiral of catastrophe :(

 Reach out. You don't have to go through it alone. So many do because they feel shame for not being able to cope, not knowing that so many other people are feeling the exact same way. 

It's better when you share it :) Let it out so you can get out of your head. I am out of my head now. I speak from a place of truth that I have been on both sides of this. I am better because I reached out to get out :)
