Deep, tropical, housy, jazzy, but not limited to one genre or style, this EP is the quintessence of different influences and preferences applied magnificently onto 4 very club-friendly tracks. 

Dersu and Gomorra are both experienced djs and producers from Basel, Switzerland. They have distinctive musical personalities - Dersu is a member of the exotic Alma Negra trio while Gomorra is more techno-oriented - but when they come together, a new breed of feel-good music is born. 

Although they're both seasoned producers, Dersu and Gomorra debuted together in 2014 on Miajica's Space Future Communication EP, so this is a first chance for this exciting duo to get the attention of both leftfield house DJs and their audience. 

We believe this collection of tracks, whether it's played to soothe a crowd, create a main moment or provoke a sunrise frenzy, will be a lasting emotional experience.

Gomorra & Dersu - Padme EP Preview (Out February 16)

'Jovian' is the sophomore release of UK-born, now Bordeaux resident SHALT, an EP that conceptually lands somewhere between techno/grime hybrids and radio storms on Jupiter. 
This EP couldn't have had a better theme, as the music could easily soundtrack volcanoes on Io hurling gas into the Jovian magnetosphere.

SHALT explores a range of visually intense sound textures on all four tracks - alien, muscular, metallic, mechanic, abrasive yet oddly comforting - that are a breath of fresh air in the scene and more than welcome here at Clubwerks. Gently crackling matter, stripped back club-ready percussion, undulating sonar signals and the overall intriguing listening experience make this one a standout for us in every way.

No two tracks are alike, each has its own oddity factor and that's what makes listening fun. As long as you immerse yourself, which isn't hard to do, you will enjoy this bold mission.

Prolific Dutch artist Conforce is back with another 3LP on Delsin Records. This one marks something of a subtle evolution in his sound in that it returns to a more organic and immersive aesthetic. Made using various bits of outboard gear, it fuses dub rhythm with ambient detail and propulsive 4/4 kick drums to make for absorbing listening. Once again, then, this album proves no one does deep electronic music as well as Conforce.

After a short summer hiatus AUX is back with another healthy dose of underground Bass.  Bad Batch is the new brainchild of Zach Pierce AKA PRZK, taking things, darker and dirtier than his previous work, yet keeping a minimal slant on his dancefloor destroying DJ weapons.

‘Bashbin’ is a filthy peaktime monster, thrashing around in the depths of a dark and dingy Techno basement.  Deep and funky as hell with enough gnarly sounds and cavernous FX to scare your grandma right off the dancefloor.

‘Colourblind’ keeps up the heavy bassline pressure, with more twisted sound design and weighty Techno kicks. Off kilter beats and wonky junkyard stabs combine to make this a surefire, dancefloor head spinner.
