DDD is ecstatic to welcome Tennessee’s finest sub flexor Chief Kaya to the roster, with his weighty, wobbly and woozy debut two tracker: Burning Bush / Implicit.

Bringing classic UK dubstep flavours to the table with fresh execution, these tracks carry so much heat they quite literally caused a bassbin to be engulfed in flames - much like the classic biblical tale that is the inspiration. 

Burning Bush begins proceedings with its infectious synths, reverb drenched snare and low end wubs, before Implicit finishes the job with top tier wonk and intricate hihat patterns.

Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi will be feeling immense pride witnessing two of bass music’s most prodigious talents join forces, creating a piece of Star-Wars-inspired DDD filth. 

With X-wing Coming Out of the Swamp, Combine & Klippee have taken the instruction of “Try not. Do.” quite literally - by conjuring a 140 dubstep banger so dirty, it makes Jabba the Hutt’s diet seem like a single roll of vegan sushi.

X-Wing Coming Out Of The Swamp

Coming straight out of Florida’s vibrant underground scene via Denver, Breathworkz is a serious prospect in the deepest, darkest and most dangerous 140 dubstep tradition. 

Following fast in the footsteps of Decade’s multi-headed beast, ‘Hydra’ in 2024, 2025 sees the producer return to DDD - lying low with his broody, menacing, atmospheric banger ‘The Shadows’. 

The tune matches serious sub weight with driving percussion and an eerie oppressiveness that envelopes your whole being.
