Yoshitaka Shirakura (@user-309855222) is a Tokyo-based DJ and event organizer specializing in Techno, Ambient, and Avant-garde music. Since 2015, he has been actively booking avant-garde live performances at dance parties, bridging genres and expanding musical perspectives. In 2019, he began performing solo drone live sets using a bass guitar. Since 2022, he has also been performing live hardware sets.

This research extends to his Substack blog, "Música Esporádica," where he offers an intimate and documented perspective on Madrid's vibrant underground music, analyzing its dynamics and evolutions.

His presence within our network is further solidified by his curation of the "Industrious Amazement" column, a space for reflection and discovery that aligns with Palpebræ's philosophy. In this mix forlate condenses these manifold influences, building a journey that reflects his curatorial sensibility and his profound understanding of the most sophisticated sonic architectures. It is an exploration that invites attentive listening, guided by an expert hand in weaving acoustic narratives.

ko1be never fails to impress with his debut custom drum and bass album "Frequency Positive". Unique mixing techniques blend different styles of EDM together to create a one-of-a-kind listening experience. Spacey, energetic, and creative are the best ways to describe this culmination of musical masterpieces. The first two, "Alternate Universe" and "DDITT" are older tracks, that have since been remastered to match the optimal auditory performance of the rest of the album. Tracks such as "Praise" and "Frying Pan" create a three-dimensional musical space that captivate the listener. Longer tracks like "Nothing Fun Anymore" and "Spectacle" are bass-heavy rollers that push your subwoofers to the max combined with hypnotizing, unique rhythms. All in all, the vibe of this album is unlike any other that is sure to please the ears of the listener.

Mirage is a musical phenomenon that arises in the atmosphere due to refraction and total internal reflection of analog sound rays at the boundary between layers of trance of varying density, tribal ambient, and futuristic dub.

Thanks to this effect, the observer sees imaginary images of distant objects that are normally hidden behind the horizon, as well as their distorted shapes or reflections.
