With 2018 being a phenomenal year for the genre, I decided to handpick some of my favourites and curate a 60 min mix. Massive shouts to all of the producers, vocalists and MC's who have provided me with such a high calibre of music for me to belt out on radio and in club-land, I'm extremely grateful (there are far too many of you to name individually). Keep up the outstanding work and I look forward to receiving more in 2019. Happy New Year!

Nailing down this year’s selection was no easy task, where it’s fair to say that 2019 has been a remarkable year for UK Garage. I’ve been inundated with tracks from producers based all over the country and overseas; a key indication that the genre is thriving!
 
I’d like to say a massive thanks to all of the producers who have taken the time to send me their music (keep up the outstanding work and please don’t stop flooding my inbox!), the promoters keeping me busy out there in clubland, the team over at Rinse FM and last, but by no means least; you guys – your continued support means everything!

Rounding up some of my personal favourites from throughout 2020! What a b*stard of a year it's been, but the calibre of music I've received has been beyond outstanding! Massive thank you to every single one of you who took the time out to send me your music - it's massively appreciated and please don't stop!

Without dwelling on the negatives of 2020 too much, I'll summarise by saying very simply; never allow the "opinions" of others to prevent you from doing what you love most. Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind!

Massive thank you to the team at Rinse for keeping me active throughout what's been a very quiet year event wise.

Here's hoping for a better 2021!

Hailing from Eltham, South-East London, Redhot's career began at the young age of 14; Pairing a portable CD Player with a Walkman and a tired, second hand mixer. His enthusiasm for the art of mixing lead to the acquisition of a set of belt-driven turntables a year later, where he was able to perfect his craft and build enough confidence to reach out to local and extremely popular pirate radio station at the time; Innocence 98.3 FM.  Taken by his technical ability and passion, he was given a regular weekly show on a Saturday afternoon from 2-4pm. This naturally progressed into the then 16 year old being invited along to play at various events in and around the Kent area, where it wasn't before long that he could be found playing at reputable brands such as "Garage Nation" and the like.  Fast forwarding to present day, sees a phenomenal rate of growth. His superior technical ability, combined with visual flare and admiration of the UK Garage sound has contributed to his expanding popularity; regularly performing to crowds in their thousands at venues and Festivals across the UK and abroad. A brief stint on London’s REPREZENT (107.3FM) throughout the Summer of 2016, now sees Redhot appearing regularly on underground favourite; RINSE FM (106.8FM).
