Born in Manchester Uk Renochild has been playing music for over 20 years, in the 90s he moved to Denver Colorado and onto the then fledgeling house scene in Colorado. In 2000 Renochild moved to New York and began holding down a regular internet radio show on new yorks east village radio as well as gigs in bars such as Solas, Rivertown lounge, Opium Den, Delth ,Lotus Lounge in the LES, Guernica(save the robots) One and One and The last Exit in Brooklyn before staring a 6 year residency at the legendary East village underground jazz venue Nublu . Co founder of the Fugari Soundsystem he began throwing the fugari penthouse parties on Manhattans 5th ave with djs such as Kingston 19, mom and swingsett. During his time in the US he has had the pleasure to share the bill with  Eddie Henderson, Bill Ware, Juini  Booth, Groove collective, Wax poetic, Love Trio, I led 3 lives, Jovanotti, Moby, Quantic, Kudu, MKL, The Brazillian Girls, Bebel Gilberto, Chris Robb, The Real Live Show, Will Seargent (Echo and the Bunnymen), Mike joyce(smiths) just to name a few .Now back in Uk he is now in the process of producing his own projects in the style in which he likes to call Blakhouse and his aim is to Bring alternative black music back to the forefront of Manchesters music scene starting with the BlAKhouse sessions later this summer 2012.
