2006 was the year he started his journey into music production. Albeit not in the house scene just yet. Later on in that same year a local radio station started playing commercial house music and he was immediately drawn into it and from then on it was just one way traffic. Early on in his production history he started producing commercial afro house. This was in the time when commercial house was big in South Africa. The likes of Dj Mujava, Bujo Mojo and Dj Cleo inspired him. When time moved on so did house music in SA and in turn did his musical style changed to the trends of tech, electro and deep house. Currently his biggest musical influences are Rocco Rodamaal, Ralf Gum, Manoo, Knee Deep and local producers Black Coffee and Culoe De Song. His production skills up to this day have all been self thought with no formal training at all. It's the phrase "Trial and error" coupled with "Practice makes perfect"that gave him the perseverance to be able to learn the art of music production since 2006 till present and beyond. Although he has never actively released a single, he has been testing his projects with numerous friends with good feedback received. Again this gave him the extra confidence to able to go higher. 2010 has been a real step up for him as he worked with several other up and coming local producers and finally have joined a group called Ocean Deep. This will contribute to his experience and will greatly improve his skills working around a talented group of producers/djs. In the year 2011, he added an extra genre to his musical repertoire, acoustic rnb. He believed that producing in different genres expands a producer's musical flexibility and this showed with the success of releasing 2 non-house tracks in that year with talented artists, Jaytee and Slick. He continues to work with these artists and will expect many more future releases in the acoustic genre. Consequently, this would broaden his musical knowledge greatly and expose him to real-time vocalists. As a young producer, he believes that he will only grow more through experience and exposure and things can only get better from here on in.
