Chasing Turtles

This is an old track that Lil Steven and I release in 2001 On Deep Tribal Dub Disco.

Lil Steven and I finished this mix the morning of 9-11.  We had been up the night before tweaking and working on this track.  A friend of Steven calls us in the morning and says turn on the TV a plane crashed into the World Trade Center.  We watched that.  Then we say the other plane hit the building.  We knew then that we were done working on this track.

This is a B side mix to Kaleidoscope High that Joe Galdo, Franco D and I did.  We would take turns with the drums, samples, pretty much everything.  It was a fun track that we did.  This was finished in the winter of 2001.
