As the label hits 50 tracks released to date, TT001 is a timely showcase of the distinct, bass-led sound of Taipan, with label regulars and new artists alike drawing upon multiple genres to form this long-awaited four track VA.

The finale of TT001 comes from the notorious Oldboy. Needing little introduction, Oldboy’s productions have made a major imprint upon the scene in recent years. Whilst usually dealing in dark and deadly 2 step and 140, Oldboy steps up the tempo here with ‘Scrap’ which, as the title suggests, is a gritty foray into the realm of jungle/dnb - with signature Taipan bass.

TT001 will be available to order physically and digitally from the Taipan Trax Bandcamp from July 14th. Preorders up June 9th.
