At the age of 14, Glenn first came into contact with hardcore when he attended a youth centre and heard some older kids playing gabber music. 

After a few years, he started attending hardcore parties and met people he still calls his best friends today. Together, they went on an adventure of finding all the great labels and tracks. Soon, Glenn wanted to do more than just listen. He then bought his first mixer and started DJing. 

Not much later, he came into contact with vinyl. He was fascinated by the feel, the sound, and the way of mixing vinyl.

He then got a gift coupon from his friends for his birthday and bought a mixer and turntables from it. Ever since that moment, the love for playing vinyl only grew as he spent hours practising alone and with his gabbers to hone this skill. Doing so, he now has even more respect for artists who mastered the art of playing vinyl.

Amon-Ra (Colin) is a live act featured by Madness Industry. Since i have experienced that what he does behind his Korg is pure art & very unique, i asked for some tracks to do a DJ set of it myself...

DJ The Enforcer started listening to electronic music in the early ‘90s. At first, he collected vinyl with Techno, Acid or Trance tracks. At that time he listened regularly to a show called Grooveyard on Radio 100, a pirate radio station in Amsterdam. This show was his very source of what we now call the Oldskool style. He then experienced the gradual development of that style into the recognizable Gabber sound of the ‘90s.

DJ The Enforcer was one of Strength of Unity's founders when it started throwing parties. From the beginning, he was one of the resident DJs. Usually, he played Oldschool sets on vinyl. He then switched to Early Hardcore when the Ouwe Stijl is Botergeil concept came around. It didn't take long until he fully adopted the Early Hardcore sound and he played that ever since! On occasion, he also plays an Early Terror set.

As of today his long history in different styles of electronic music still influences him. Not only as a DJ, but also as a music producer. His produced Early Hardcore tracks contain elements of the Oldschool vibe and other styles. The hard work of producing pays out in having a lot of fun in creating and feeling gratification for the Early Hardcore sound. So enjoy future releases of DJ The Enforcer!

Strength of Unity is a Dutch organization based in Amsterdam that focusses on organizing hard dance events. With the help of a dedicated crew filled with a couple of skilled DJ's we invite other famous or upcoming DJ's and Live Acts from the scene to perform at our heart pounding events.

On November 24, 2006 a new party organization was born in Amsterdam. A group of friends with a passion for the harder styles of house music noticed that there was a need for small inexpensive party's. From 8:00 p.m. to 2:00, the student pub 'The Kult' converted into an harder styles event called Kultbaze. From that moment there was no stopping us. In the course of five years, the organization has became a big name in the Amsterdam party scene. Good atmosphere, banging beats and surprising themes made every party unique and a must to attend. Strength Of Unity is also one of the few harder style organizations to take part of the annual Amsterdam Dance event.

Together with well-known and upcoming names in the scene, the organization sets down two big success formulas:

Brainburst, hard rough and experimental HARDCORE banging decibels. This event was the cause that the north south line tunnel trough Amsterdam had to be severely reinforced. The mixture between Early Hardcore, Gabba and Psycore sounds blended together with the new dark sounds of Frenchcore makes this party unique, in other words: 'there ain't no other'.

'Ouwe Stijl is Botergeil' (Old Style is Fucking Horny), is our most famous concept and without doubt one of the best parties in its genre. Here we return to the hardest and roughest sounds of Early Hardcore (Gabba). We prove that this style is still very much alive and that the 'gabber' (gabba) feeling still stands for companionship, great atmosphere and going out of your mind!
