Back in the 90's when I was asked to be a resident DJ at Limos/The Yard & Ten Mansfield, I was blow away. I started playing Friday nights, then dropping onto Saturday nights too. Growing with the club and the dance scene was just fantastic. I love mixing vinyl, which was being sent to my front door every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, then trips to Nottingham twice a month to the record shops to get the best bootlegs, to bring the best tracks to Limos/The Yard & Ten. These are brilliant memories. As the 90's finished, the club did too and we all moved on. 

I was then asked to be a resident DJ at The Late Lounge in Mansfield, which I stepped up to the job straight away. For 17 years I rocked the dance floor there, every Saturday to the crowds of people, who still to this day tell me how happy I made their weekend. This still makes me smile, knowing I have dropped the best tracks for clubbers every week. I’ve had the privilege of DJing alongside many superstar DJs such as Jeremy Healy, Alister Whitehead, Boy George, Farley Jackmaster Funk and other exclusive DJs. 

So May 2017, I decided to move on from the The Late Lounge and set up my own ultimate modern mobile DJ business, Vinyl Sounds DJ Tim Asher. This is an exciting opportunity for customers to experience my expertise, to have unforgettable events/parties.
