Considered one of the pioneers of the Nu Skool Breaks sound and an innovative person in trying out new sounds Adam Freeland had many a hit back in the day specially on his own label Marine Parade with which he promoted other top Breaks acts in the early 2000's. This mix was recorded for Australia's Triple J Radio back in 2001 while he was on tour in Australia.

Elite Force aka Simon Shackleton has had an extensive career in the music industry spanning well over 2 decades. Starting his career off as a musician and being a band member with Thom Yorke (Radiohead) before moving onto his own outfit called Lunatic Calm which had quite a successful career and a few number one tunes including "Rollercoaster". Simon has also worked with a bunch of top musical artists, remixed, wrote movie soundtracks, toured the world and was one to watch in the Nuskool Breaks scene. He then developed the Tech Funk genre in the late 2000's included with such artists as Meat Katie and Dylan Rhymes to name a few. This mix was recorded Live at a Spanish Festival back in 2008, thanks to my Spanish friend Jamie for the mp3.

The Pilots Glory is a weird phenomena I only witnessed once back in 2013 on a flight to Chicago.  It was around the time when I first figured out the multiverse.  Way before the Spider-Man movies.  But I only really understood this multiverse through genres of music.  And even still with that, it took a book called "Join The Future" (Bleep Techno & British Bass Music)written in 2019 but goes back to 1990 to understand the depth.

It was in this book that I was described as a "Rave Evangelist" a term I have never heard before.  There is some profound depth here, like public speaking or preaching to convert folks to a faith.  Not religion though, but rave.  We didn't use words like "Influencer" or "Urban Exploration" but before there was social networking it came down to a phone number on a record I produced.

I suppose being 20 years into the future wasn't a bad thing, that is until everyone else caught up to me putting us in 2010.  I'm almost invisible today.  And that is OK, because I'm the only person who has the antidote.  Music.  Like this, another notch in the ladder so to speak.

Come talk 2 me.  I still got ideas for the future.

Going through some old files and came across this all vinyl recorded mix from back in July 2004. From memory i did this one on 2 x Technics 1200's, a dodgy 2 channel mixer, crap amp and recorded it to Soundforge on a Celeron laptop. (I have remastered this mix).
