Chicago House music legend, Harry Dennis (the voice of “The It” and “Jungle Wonz”) makes a rare London appearance at ‘A Night With Harry Dennis & Friends’ on Friday September 29th at 'LIT' in Clapham. He joins Special Guest DJs Colin Dale and more to celebrate his collaboration partner’s Julian’s 50th birthday.

Known for his House classics such as “Donnie”, “Time Marches On” and “Distant Planet” with Fingers Inc, Harry has also released tracks with Ron Trent on the Future Vision World, Music and Power and Rush Hour Record labels, and has future projects in the pipeline.

‘A Night With Harry Dennis & Friends’ featuring Colin Dale, Julian “JuJu” Garnett, Damian Charles, Pollo, Simon Drysdale, Nigel Butcher and Festa takes place on Friday September 29th at Lit, Clapham (nearest tube station Clapham North).

This totally improvised Live Stems Mix of Gino Soccio's iconic track "Dancer" was performed during a Twitch stream on March 19, 2022 using Traktor DJ Studio and a Native Instruments D2 controller.

It has the sort of hypnotic flow that feels like a perfect fit for getting 'lost in sound' at an after-hours party in a dark room full of sweaty bodies.

Known for their Pachanga party and label, 1night only (https://soundcloud.com/1nighttonly) and Foie Gras (https://soundcloud.com/foie_grass) of Pachanga Djs revive outsider dance culture with their unique mixes.

This one in particular showcases their deep exploration of forgotten records, blending percussive and tribal sounds, Spanish rarities, and 80's synths. This is the set I played at Even Furthur 2019 on August 8th, from 12:30 AM to 2 AM as part of the the Free Radio Furthur 87.9 FM lineup. All of the sets from that lineup were broadcast live on the radio at the festival. My original set didn't get recorded, but I figured since I put so much work into arranging and practicing it I'd record a studio version of that same set. I had a blast playing at Even Furthur, and I think this recording recreates some of the energy from that night.

Minneapolis DJ VLAD (Vlad Hurduc)'s passion for electronic music goes back decades, to his childhood years in 1980s Romania and the rave era of the 90s. As a DJ he's been active in the music scene since 2013. Initially playing a variety of house, reggae, dancehall, Afrobeat, dub, and disco, VLAD has found a true passion and niche in house music, in many of its forms but especially deep house and jackin house. He's played his groovy, deep sets at festivals like Even Furthur, Bassgasm, and Jungle Love, on international podcasts like France's Little Routine Series, Brazil's Trip Hop Radio, and Romania's Black Rhino Radio, as well as at numerous club nights and underground parties in Minnesota and Wisconsin (including his own Past and Future Funk nights in 2016-2018 and the Housteria house nights in 2019-2020). His musical selections are varied and unique, always sure to take listeners and dancers on unexpected journeys.
