Dembow has quickly taken over in the Dominican Republic (my birth place) and I wanted to introduce it to anyone not too familiar with it. What a better stage then Team-I-95's sequal to our original Memorial Day mix of 2011. Here is my set which combines the latest in Dembow and Reggaeton and makes for a high energy 21 minutes of music. Dj Wellz Summer 2012 Dembow-Reggaeton Mix

Following suit with the Latin/Caribbean vibe for Team-I-95's 2012 Summer Mix, I put together another mix featuring the melodic rhythm of Bachata and the infectious mambo of the Merengue. Bachata has become so popular that it crosses land and sea and you can hear it played everywhere, from the Dominican Republic (where it was created) to the night clubs in Paris. Merengue already very popular around the world, has also been infused  and combined with other dance rhythms which have given additional crossover success to artists like Pitbull and Shakira. At the heart of the Dominican Merengue you find the "Tipico" sound that incorporates the accordion, which you hear at the end of the mix.
