Feeling Nature - x:lebO feat. Kate Dilemma (Dreamy Vocals Edit)

Welcome to my latest release. This is a very bass insensitive mixture of Techno and House (probably more Techno than House) and also a new experiment:
I've edited the track in a first pass without any subs except the bass drum. In a second pass, the sub frequencies were added by a new plugin from Wave called "LoAir". All signal of instruments in between ~80 and 250 Hertz were added as sub frequencies by pitching the sound one octave down (and doing some other magic stuff, not sure how this plugin works in detail), resulting in a massive and rumbling bass (my neighbours can attest this!;).
Note to hear resp. feel the subs, you need a good sound system supporting low freqs around 40 Hz (Key is Em-> E0-> 41Hz)

So turn up the volume and enjoy! :)

The Electric Touch (Club Edit)

Welcome to my second release this day (no I'm not that fast^^ - I had this in the pipe for weeks). Also this song is a little bit experimental and it is very hard to define a matching genre. It contains House elements (the heavy House organ), tribal dance stuff (Bongo drums) and finally the arranged vocal snippets (Disco like). The cover and the song name are inspired by the latter, as you can imagine.

BTW: The person who is able to tell me the exact song text will win 100 points ;-p

I'm not sure whether this works in a club and/or disco, but I would be appreciated to become some feedback from you. Also, feel free to ask me for the WAV file in case you plan to play it (downloadable track is a 320KBit MP3).

My brand new release is based and inspired by the famous Stanford speech of Steve Jobs in 2005.
This project was a big help going through very rough times of my life and I would be appreciated to see that other people having hard times would also take benefit of this song.

Dance or Die

Blank & Blanker - Dance Or Die (x:lebO's Survivor Remix)

Welcome to my "Trip Adivsor" remix for the "This is the Future" remix contest. Some fun facts:
- No samples/drumloops/Midi files from external sample packs were used at all (but a lot of synths;) except those from the remix packet
- All vocals were produced by myself and created by an speech synthesis technique I developed in the past(not a single human was involved recording the samples - it took about 1/3 of the project time for the creation of ~15 seconds vocals xD )
- The original song was in D minor @140 BPM, which I changed to D sharp 146 BPM - in the intro I used (very unlikely) the Dorian music mode to add a mystical feel to the track
- This is my first Psy Trance song ever - and probably not the last one since it was fun to create this very weired and complex sounding, but in itself logical structured sound
- All samples from the remix packet were used except the vocal chops (BTW: I changed the male-sounding vocals to female and the other way round - just for fun^^)
- The song structure is very similar to the original sound, but there are a lot of difference in details (I recreated many samples to archive a different timbre in sound for the context of the song)
- I finished the song about 45 minutes before the contest closes (just now;)

It would be great to get feedback from you - what you like and what you don't like - since I'm already planing my next Psy Trance Song. This time, an own creation.

Deep Kontakt - This is the Future ("Trip Advisor" Remix by x:lebO)

The sermon by Bishop Michael Curry on Meghan & Harry’s wedding last Saturday was the greatest event I ever saw within a church, even I am religiously unaffiliated for some years.
Fascinated by Curry’s enthusiasm I'd had the crazy idea on the very same day to "eternalize" the content of his 14 minute long speech in form of a song. Besides the fact that his words (at least the basic essentials) are now compacted in a 5 minutes long song, I also hope that some people who normally wouldn't go into a church (or looking a wedding on TV) would at least hear the song to get an idea what the sermon was about and especially that it's not always necessary to be strictly religious to get some common life tips/ideas/help from a theologian without the need to talk only/mostly about God/Jesus.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that some people take a listen and also that I won't get any copyright issues from the broadcaster of the royal wedding (in advance: I have no commercial interest and, BTW, it took me over 20 hours to get the recorded audio material digital re-mastered so it was useable in a song - making the song itself only took 4 hours, LOL)

Composing/DJing j̶u̶s̶t̶ for fun. Started 1994 by spinning the turntables; continued 2014 by programming the DSPs \,,/(-_-)\,,/
x:lebO was DJing at several gigs as well as at private sessions. His focus was on a wide range of electronic music styles, primarily danceable club genres like Techno (Acid, Detroit, Minimal, Electro) and House (Dub, Funky, Deep, Chicago), next to Ambient/Chill-out. After many years and after collecting more than 1,500 vinyl records, x:lebO decided in 1998 to turn his primary activity, DJing, into his hobby, and to turn his hobby, programming, into his main activity. He has developed more than 20 games since then. In 2014, x:lebO started to compose and produce music. However, his main activity remains programming due to the considerable success he has had. His produced music includes a range of experimental styles covering everything from Techno or House to Trance. A co-production carried out in 2015 with Canadian singer-songwriter Kate Dilemma will be released by German record label Bolsinger & Pauss in November.
