I wanted to see if I could get a Nile Rodgers guitar sound out of the equipment that I have. I didn't get a great take (I'm still figuring out a Maschine workflow for comping takes) but I think I proved that I could get the timbre of the legend!

Memblem beat battle. Sample is the 6 note phrase repeating largely throughout. Did this entirely in Maschine. Super psyched to be getting good enough to not *have* to export to a more conventional DAW. But defo still a long way to go.
