New sounds and genres allow for a different song interpretation, pushing music forward. Sonny Noto is an Italian DJ who lives and works in New York, and his speciality is reworking classics. His version of "Wish I Didn't Miss You" started on SoundCloud and has begun spiralling to DJs looking to add that nostalgic element to their Afro-tinged sets. Our version of the song, sung by the incredible Elliotte Williams-N'Dure, is spine-tingling a cappella. Adding in Sonny's beautifully crafted Afro groove makes it utterly spellbinding. Mike noticed the Club scene was missing a message and didn't have that underground club feel for the New Generation.
