Yes, some stock sounds are used for drums etc. Until I get a new computer there is not much point grabbing samples. I hope this isn't too crap.

So just trying to improve and put down ideas.  I bascially realised I could mix in FL studio by putting these small sections in as mp3 clips then lining them up correctly.

Anyway, not sure anyone will listen but if you do, I hope you see some improvement.

Electro (WIP)

This is a small attempt in an hour to base a structure or the forever missing mix of Hixxy ultimate seduction. It melted my comp, sounds dreadful but with some proper tlc could atleast make it so people can enjoy mixing at home. I completely ripped the audio off youtube from 2 different videos and stitched it together. Ive also added a bit to the piano breakdown because I like it.

Starting off the lunch time mini mix.. I have an hour for lunch so these bite size mixes can fit inside your lunchtime too. This particular mix feature a few rollers, jump up and minimal tech.

Anyway so Ive been trying dnb. Ive been mixing since '95 and always wanted to make drum and bass but its always turned out shithouse! 
This is a WIP - The drums need changing amoung other things but I was pretty chuffed at how its coming together. Still a ways to go yet.

We recently learned of the death of Prodigy due to illness, it was devastating news.

I first heard Mobb Deep from a skate video series called 411 in the mid 90's, the track was survival of the fittest - Hearing this made me check out the album probably about a year or so after its release and it's been a staple in my collection ever since.

Prodigy's verse in Shook Ones is probably the best lyrically ever written, certainly my favorite.

This is hard.. My son spilled Coke on my keyboard and now its knackered! 

So I liked the idea that someone walked into a club and there was different music playing throughout. I also had a few bits that Id started 3 years ago and though this would be a good excuse to make more than one track. This computers old so I didn't mess with it  too much (Youll notice the drums are pretty mush the same) - Please forgive any sound issues. It is what it is but I hope you enjoy.

I thought I would do one more cut and paste of the ideas I was knocking about with for years. Nothing special but it helps me move onto other things. I think this will be the last one for a while as my computer just can't hack it anymore (it is being replaced but it may take me a while to get my DAW onto it.

Hey all.. 
 After having quite afew profile views I figured I should probably give alittle more info about myself. I started mixing all the way back in 96. When I started I was terrible but as my love for the music grew so did my determination to be the next Andy C (lolz). Anyway after afew years a small independent record shop showed up in town which i quickly became the manager of. I had amazing times there and made the best friends.
Fast forwards to 2005: I had almost given up on the whole scene. I couldnt stand all the jump up, wobble and other nonsense that was being released. Roll around to 2008 and Noisia start killing me and I guess thats what you hear in my sets now. Im back in love with the music after 15years. 
I hope you enjoy listening and I always have fresh new records for the next installment..
