The Bristol-DMV connection builds as Hodge and JIALING remix a track each from Om Unit & James Bangura’s Rushing 1621 EP.

Hodge has been releasing gold for years – but it feels like he’s on a rich vein of form even for him right now, doing his part for diva vocals on new single ‘Free’ and collaborating with Nakamura Minami on a release for Tokyo’s TREKKIE TRAX. Range, people! He goes heavy on the delay and takes ‘Angles’ deep into the sunset tech-house (as in, proper tech-house) zone.

JIALING meanwhile builds on her recent run of anthems for our Clasico sibling label, flipping between breaks and 4x4 drums with itchy baile funk signifiers and airhorns for the late night crew. Does J ever miss?

The journey begins gently, with warm, organic house music that evokes the early evening as the sun sets. As the night progresses, the compilation increases in intensity. More progressive rhythms and bewitching melodies take you to the dancefloor. The heart of the night beats to the rhythm of powerful music, hypnotic bass and high BPMs. This is part 3, where if you're an avid dancer, you'll find something to suit you as you let yourself be stimulated by the sounds of break & bass music. The compilation reaches its climax in part 4 with hard house, groove techno and trance tracks that will keep you moving until the sun comes up.

This compilation is an invitation to dance, from ballroom dancers to tireless night owls in search of unforgettable after-parties. Here, madness is our favourite dance. So let's dance.
