@Pinopena started djing during his teens, with his father as the duo Bone X Zone. Currently based in Berlin he produces and djs as a solo artist under the alias of Pino Peña, and in a duo with Mitchell Jones aka Jones&Roth. The sound of his productions and sets always varies across genres, offering elements from techno, house and breaks while being inspired by punk, psychedelic and garage rock, jazz, hiphop and much more! He has released on labels like 3024, Glukkon Records, Entourage Concept, Lo Fidelity aswell as on the constantly growing Schimmer Records, where he's also a resident. Expect more to come from him soon, new VA and solo releases and future output on his newly launched Label W133!

Advice for the DJs, producers and artists of our community:
Success has many shapes and forms and it’s in our own power to define what it means for us. I think it’s helpful to not compare oneself to others as we are all different, born and raised under different circumstances, shaped differently through life. Turning points in ones careers often come as randomely as being in the right place, meeting the right person at the right time. Being humble, treating people equally, with empathy and without expectations certainly helps to stay centered and happy

DJ Flounce (she/they) is a DJ, radio host, and co-founder of Berlin’s FLINTA-focused events Double Trouble and FACILITATE. Most recently, they launched Tendersesh, a sober rave redefining nightlife culture. Known for pushing boundaries, DJ Flounce carves out space for sober ravers and the FLINTA community, shaking up the status quo of the scene.

EQ50 60 - DJ FLOUNCE

"Sounds Like" first aired on THF Radio over five years ago. To celebrate more than 70 episodes, we put together a very special show and bar night at Torhaus with nine DJs, most of whom had previously appeared on sounds like, playing eight hours of music.
DJ Doc ended the night with a set inspired by mossy deep green color with the hex code #5f654d.
